After traveling the world and forging connections with numerous accomplished technicians and administrative staff, Dr. Fullington has, in his estimation, put together a team at Redeemed Smiles that is beyond compare. Meet Dr. John
Fullington DDS
Lead Dentist
As a United States Veteran, Dr. Fullington has had the opportunity to travel the world and build connections with accomplished technicians and administrative staff in many countries. When he is not immersed in his professional commitments, Dr. Fullington enjoys spending time with his family, studying the Bible, fishing, and hunting. A fun fact about Dr. Fullington is that he was an Arkansas/Missouri horse champion in flags and speed! If he could have dinner with anyone, it would be Jesus, Conan O’Brien, Pastor Josh Howerton, or his wife (awwww!).
Meet Anna
Chief Operating Officer
Say hey to Anna! She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Oral Roberts University. She began her career as a court advocate in Tulsa, Oklahoma, before eventually rising to the position of Director of Operations at a nonprofit called HeartLine. She garnered experience managing benefits at a medical company along the way as well. Today, she serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Redeemed Smiles. Anna's remarkable blend of relational warmth, intelligence, and wisdom makes her a true force to be reckoned with. She has a heart for serving both our team and our patients, and her leadership helps make Redeemed Smiles the special place it is. Outside of work, Anna loves caring for her family, reading her Bible, and having fun with friends. She also proudly admits she's a bit of a germaphobe and would rather mop the ocean than eat at a buffet. Her walkout song? "God Showin' Out" by Pastor Mike Jr. Give it a listen!
Meet Sergio
Office Manager
Meet Sergio, our exceptional office maestro! Sergio and Doc formed a lasting friendship while serving together on active duty in the Navy, stationed in Okinawa, Japan. Sergio is the perfect blend of kindness, charisma, and humor. He brings dedication, an incredible work ethic, and plenty of office shenanigans that keep our team smiling. He genuinely cares about both our patients and our team, and his positive attitude makes our office a better place every day. Originally from the Dominican Republic by way of Georgia, Sergio holds a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration. He has an incredible eye for detail—very little escapes his notice! He keeps all of us organized and on track, and we are truly blessed to have him as part of the Redeemed Smiles family. If you have been to Redeemed Smiles, you have been positively impacted by Sergio. He is also a wealth of animal trivia, and if he could have dinner with anyone, he says it would be Mike Tyson in his prime... so he could fight him! Such confidence… He especially loves pandas!
Meet Nick
Lab Manager
Say hi to Nick, our Laboratory Manager!
Nick has nearly 20 years of experience as a denturist and dental laboratory technician, with extensive expertise in both removable and fixed prosthetics. He oversees laboratory operations at Redeemed Smiles and manages communication with our outside laboratory partners.
Nick's background in dentures, implant prosthetics, and digital dentistry helps support the exceptional restorative care we provide to our patients.
His attention to detail and technical expertise have helped create thousands of beautiful smiles! More importantly, Nick helps restore confidence and improve our patients' quality of life through the work he does. Pretty impressive!
If Nick could have any superpower, it would be the ability to control time. His biggest pet peeve? People who don't return their shopping carts. We’d have to agree with him on that one!
Meet Tammy
Clinical Partner
Say hello to Tammy! She is equal parts knowledge, efficiency, and kindness. She has nearly 2.5 decades of clinical experience (made possible through time travel, because she is still very young!). There is not much about dentistry that Tammy doesn’t know. Tammy has a quick wit and a contagious laugh! She is a true bright spot in the world, and if you know her, you know this is absolutely true. If Tammy could have any superpower, she would choose the ability to speak to animals. Her walkout song is “Walking on Sunshine,” and it perfectly captures her joyful personality!
Meet Rachel
Patient Care Coordinator
Meet Rachel, our Patient Care Coordinator! She uses her knowledge of the dental world to help our patients navigate their care. Dental decisions can feel daunting for many people, but Rachel’s calm demeanor helps make the process feel simple and manageable. Rachel has worked in many different dental settings and has previously served as an Office Manager. Her experience and compassion make her a key part of helping our patients navigate their dental decisions and care. When Rachel isn’t caring for our patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and bringing home all the fur babies! If Rachel could have a superpower, it would be the ability to never get tired. Fun Fact: Rachel has moved 15 times and has lived in 5 different states!
Meet Erma
Lead Clinical Partner
Meet Erma! She is our Lead Clinical Partner and comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is quiet but mighty—do not underestimate the quiet ones! Erma is a master at her craft and is dedicated to making sure our patients receive exceptional care. She confidently directs traffic, leads with wisdom, and uses her experience to guide those around her. If Erma could host a dream dinner party, it would be with the Apostle Paul (because he was just “that” dude), Abraham, and Peter. Don’t buy her any syrup, jelly, or ketchup! Her favorite quote is: “The way you live bears fruit on what you believe” by Jackie Hill Perry.
Meet Brittany
Dental Hygienist
Say hey to Brittany! She is one of our Dental Hygienists and brings years of experience in the dental field. Before becoming a hygienist, Brittany worked as a dental assistant, giving her a well-rounded understanding of patient care. Brittany is a master at her craft. After seeing her, you’ll walk away with a sparkly, happy smile! She brings a fun and lighthearted energy to our team and loves spending time caring for her daughter and hanging out with her husband. Brittany played varsity golf for four years. If she could have any superpower, she would choose telepathy. That way, she could know what you’re really thinking when she asks, “How often do you floss?”
Meet Lezley
Dental Hygienist
Say hi to Lezley! As a fantastic Dental Hygienist, Ms. Lezley spends her days making your teeth shine! She is extremely thorough in her care and takes great pride in making sure every patient receives exceptional treatment. You will be in great hands with Lezley! Outside of the office, Lezley enjoys spending time with her daughters and her doggies. If she could have any superpower, it would be time travel. She would use it to travel back in time and remind you to floss daily! If she could host a dream dinner party, it would be with her Mama and Granny.
Meet Courtney
Clinical Partner
Say hey to Courtney! She brings the party to Redeemed Smiles! Courtney is the comfort queen—she is wonderful at helping our patients feel safe, cared for, and at ease. Fun fact: Courtney played volleyball at the collegiate level! She will be much more tender with you than she was with Wilson. Her favorite quote is, “Progress, not perfection.” Courtney has a way of making everyone around her smile, and we are so thankful to have her on our team! Her walkout song is “Boom” by POD.
