I CAN NOT RAVE ABOUT THIS PLACE ENOUGH! HONESTLY AND I am not the type of person to even leave reviews. In fact this is my first one ever! The ENTIRE STAFF is more than welcoming and I truly just felt the good vibes every time I walked in. And I am an obnoxious silly person and some dont know how to take me. BUT INSTANTLY I felt like I knew everyone for decades! I was nervous about it all but I never felt judged just accepted and liked! AND the main man on campus is a MASTER OF HIS CRAFT! NEVER IN MY LIFE. Did I think getting all my top teeth pulled and getting a denture would be FUN! BUT IT WAS! All in all I didnt just leave with a great smile I left with new friends!!!!!! Yall are so awesome ty for EVERYTHING!
I would like to Thank Redeemed Smiles fir taking such excellent care of my dad and helping him smile again! He had his dentures since 1985 and this process was so much easier and they had his teeth done the same day.The staff is amazing!! After having a truly nightmarish experience at a previous dentist for 4 months trying to get my husband a replacement denture that they could not manage to make correctly while being gaslit and told that my husband was the problem and not their skill we left. That’s when we found Redeemed Smiles. Let me tell you, Redeemed Smiles is an amazing place! We explained the situation and how depressed my husband was at this point as he had no hope of having a good denture again. Redeemed Smiles took on the challenge and made us a beautiful and functioning pair of dentures for my husband. Not only that but they were perfect the first time and in only 1 day! Their “Denture Artist” Nick is amazing! He was able to create a replacement denture that was basicly a perfect replica of my husband’s old denture that had fractured! The new denture by Nick were great right out of the box! They have great suction, and fit perfect without having to really adjust anything! I’m telling you I wanted to hug Nick so much! And to the owners and whoever is in charge of things at Redeemed Smiles reading this review, Nick needs a raise!!!! Needless to say we are very impressed and couldn’t be happier! The office staff are wonderful and Sergio who helped us setting up our appointments and dealing with our insurance is absolutely the best! We will definitely be returning here for any of our dental/denture needs! They are just completely outstanding! (Sorry I couldn’t list everyone by name but everyone at this office has been amazing!) I was looking for new dentures; and Googled Redeemed Smiles after telling them on the phone the reason & the problem I was having. They set me up with an appt. I met with everyone there and told how embarrassed and unhappy I was and what I thought I was getting from the ones that are barely a year old .They listened to me and showed me they really cared, if your need new dentures or replacements this is the place you to go. You will not be disappointed, by any means ! They work as a team and all of them make you feel very comfortable, and in a situation like mine that meant so must.
